How to behave here

• List only shares you actually hold and are free to transfer. Pledged or guaranteed shares must be disclosed on the verification call.
• One listing per holding. Do not list the same shares twice to appear in more searches.
• Answer your phone. Going silent after selecting a bidder is the fastest way to lose your badge.
• Do not take payment for shares outside the SACCO office, and never ask a buyer to send money in advance.
• Do not solicit buyers to complete the deal off-platform before fees are settled.

• Bid only what you intend to pay. Bids are free but they are not casual — a seller may close their auction on the strength of yours.
• Do not bid to block or inflate an auction you have no intention of completing.
• Do not contact a seller through a channel other than the one we give you after selection.
• Confirm your own eligibility for SACCO membership before bidding, not after.

• No abuse or threats, on any channel, including WhatsApp support.
• No impersonating SACCO staff or SaccoBid staff.
• Never share a verification code with anyone, and never ask another person for theirs.

First problem is usually a conversation. Repeated or deliberate breaches mean listings removed, the verified badge withdrawn, and the phone number blocked from listing again.

Where money has moved on a false claim, we cooperate with the SACCO and with the police. We keep an audit trail of every listing, bid, call and decision.
